\r\n Welcome to Smile For Rent<\/strong>. 1. Driver Qualifications and Requirements<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Driver\u2019s License:<\/strong> Renters must provide a valid physical driver\u2019s license. \r\n International customers also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Minimum Age:<\/strong> The minimum rental age is 21 for cars and 18 for motorbikes or scooters. \r\n Some premium models may require an older driver.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. Rental Period, Rates, and Payment Terms<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Rental Duration:<\/strong> Each rental period lasts at least 24 hours. \r\n Rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Returning a vehicle late may result in extra charges.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Authorized Use:<\/strong> Only the renter and approved drivers listed in the agreement may operate the vehicle. \r\n Use of the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited. \r\n For local traffic regulations, visit the \r\n \r\n Department of Land Transport<\/a> website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Geographical Limits:<\/strong> All vehicles must remain within Thailand. \r\n Crossing the border cancels insurance coverage immediately.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

4. Insurance and Liability<\/h2>\r\n\r\n
